Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and the Walsh School of Foreign Service will be hosting their third annual PPIA Public Service Weekend on November 22-24, 2019 in Washington, DC. This year’s theme will be Diverse Voices in Public Policy and International Affairs.

In addition to presentations by leading experts in the fields of public policy and international affairs, students will explore issues related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace, career development in global affairs and public service, and the graduate school application process.

Who should apply?

  • Undergraduate students at a 4-year college or university (preferably rising juniors, seniors, or 2019 graduates).
  • Applicants outside of the Washington, DC area are welcome to apply and may apply for partial travel stipends.
  • Housing will not be provided for attendees.
  • Candidates should have an interest in global affairs and public service.
