The Public Policy and International Affairs Fellowship Program (PPIA) is a national nonprofit that cultivates the next generations of diverse public service and international affairs professionals by investing in their education, essential skills, and networks to effect domestic and global change. Its flagship program is the Junior Summer Institute (JSI) a rigorous academic, fully-funded fellowship program for college students from underrepresented backgrounds. This position will be based at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus. The Humphrey School became the host institution for the PPIA National Office on January 1, 2016.
Position Summary
The PPIA Communications and Outreach Manager reports directly to the executive director in a leadership role for PPIA. This position also works with JSI host directors across the country. The Communications and Outreach Manager coordinates and leads organization engagement with alumni, partners, and the press. This position works with all programs affiliated with PPIA. This is a 2-year full time position with an hourly pay range of $22.60 - $28.10. The anticipated start date is January 4, 2022.
