Calling for a new wave of Alumni leaders! Connect with PPIA alumni nationwide!
The Public Policy and International Affairs (PPIA) Alumni Chapters are founded and governed by Junior Summer Institute (JSI) alumni with the goal of promoting the inclusion and full participation of underrepresented groups in public service and leadership. Alumni chapters aim to:
- Foster alumni engagement;
- Create opportunities for educational and professional development;
- Strengthen PPIA’s partnerships with colleges and universities; and
- Increase the awareness of the PPIA programs.
Our Alumni Chapters are currently active in the following parts of the country:
- New York City
- Northern California/Bay Area
- Southern California
- Washington D.C.
PPIA Alumni Chapters have the unique capacity to address the specific geographic and/or demographic needs and interests of those involved with PPIA’s programs. By volunteering your time, skills, and efforts to lead a PPIA Alumni Chapter, you are not just playing an essential role in furthering the PPIA mission, but also proactively driving innovation within the community and growing professionally alongside multi-generational, brilliant minds in the PPIA network.
To express your interest in joining the leadership team of a current alumni chapter or starting a new chapter (either in a new location or one that is affinity-based), please complete the interest form.
